Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms are a contract between you and Bezel Market (bezelmarket.com). By creating an account or using the site you accept them.

2. What the service is

Bezel Market collects offers to sell and requests to buy luxury watches that dealers post in dealer-to-dealer WhatsApp groups, and shows them on one page per reference with prices, averages and trends. We are an information service. We do not sell watches, hold stock, take payment for watches, or act as agent, broker or escrow for any trade.

Any deal you make with a dealer is between you and that dealer. We are not a party to it and take no responsibility for the watch, the price, delivery, authenticity or payment.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep your email account secure; anything done through your sign-in is treated as done by you. One person per account. You must be 18 or over and using the service for business or personal research, not on behalf of a competitor of ours.

4. Membership and billing

Membership is by application and we decide which applications to accept. There is no free trial. Membership is US$500/month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe from the day you start it. Members on an earlier monthly plan move to US$500/month from their first renewal after 20 October 2026; a yearly plan runs to the end of the year already paid for, then renews at US$500/month. Cancel any time from your Account page; access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and no partial-month refunds are given.

One account may be signed in on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere signs the other device out.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country applies. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

5. Using the data

The data is for your own use in trading and researching watches. You must not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell, republish or feed the data into another product or service, share your sign-in, or use automated tools against the site. Doing so ends your membership without refund.

Dealer contact details are shown only to members and only when you choose to message a dealer, and there is a daily limit on how many dealers one account can contact.

Members can post their own stock and buy requests. Anything you post must be yours to sell or a genuine request, and accurate; a post expires on its own after 7 days and you can renew or remove it at any time. The WhatsApp number you post under is bound to your account and is what members reach you on. We may remove any post.

6. Accuracy

Every offer on the site comes from a message a dealer wrote. We read those messages automatically and we correct errors when we find them, but prices, card years, conditions and availability can be wrong, out of date, or withdrawn by the dealer at any time. Averages and trends are calculated from those offers. Nothing on the site is a valuation, an appraisal or financial advice. Check with the dealer before you rely on anything.

7. Dealers and their posts

If you are a dealer whose posts appear on the site, you are shown under a pseudonym and your number is never printed on a page. If you would rather not appear at all, write to us and we will remove your posts from the site.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site up and current but do not guarantee it will be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, brands and references at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its data, including a trade that goes wrong, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by cancelling and writing to us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with a refund of any unused whole months if the closure was not your fault.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
